The Field Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of medical mobility equipment (Power wheelchairs, scooters, adjustable beds) evaluation and installation of accessibility equipment (Stair Lifts, Vertical Platform Lifts, Modular Ramps, Vehicle lifts).  

No Experience necessary. We offer on the job training and manufacturer certified training. Competitive pay based on your experience.

High School Diploma

The primary responsibilities of the Field Technician are:
  1. Install and service Accessibility equipment for homes and vehicles.
  2. Diagnose and complete electrical and mechanical repairs on equipment such as; hospital beds, lift chairs, mobility scooters, patient lifts, power wheelchairs
  3. Provide basic technical support to customers over the phone.
  4. Provide in home delivery services of medical equipment.
Additional responsibilities of the Field Technician are:
  1. Clean, disinfect customer equipment and manage local parts inventory.
  2. Complete all designated training programs required for the position.
  3. Adhere to and support all company polices and procedures.
  4. Engage in self-appraisal and continuous learning and development.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability and willingness to work independently without close supervision.
  • Ability and willingness to complete certification training.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Convey a positive, service-oriented attitude.
